After pushing myself to the extreme..my understanding for life in the past present n future have grown so much i feel like a 72yr old deep inside ..i see the world with colors when i close my eyes without entering dreams. What i see feel smell hear taste when i close my eyes have no difference from reality anymore...

Actions r thoughts tt have caused us to act. We may not even realise what our innermost thoughts r,but we can see what we have been thinking by looking at e actions we have taken.

To live many lifes in ur life: Setup a "restore point". Enter a living soul's "shoes" rewind to start of its life,see n feel from its eyes,go thru its entire life in any speed u like till u reach end of its life. Revert back to entry point back to restore point. Analyze everything n learn. If that life hasn't end,u have to predict its future based on its current attributes which is e difficult part as they may change.All this can be applied to anything,including non-living thing like furniture/moving vehicles.
